Policies for TBEY Arts Center, Inc.

Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets or program registration fees - all sales are final.

No ticket exchanges can be done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the TBEY Office.

Full refunds are only issued when you cancel five (5) business days prior to the start of a class/rehearsal, or TBEY cancels the programs. No refunds will be made after the ten-day mark. Refunds are not issued for a missed class.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (TBEY Arts Center, Inc.). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
